Free Therapy in the US

While getting information online is easy, it cannot entirely replace professional help. Therapy can be expensive, and many people may think they cannot afford it or do not want to incur the cost. However, options are available to help make therapy more affordable and accessible in the United States.

We Need Your Help!

We are putting together a list of free therapy resources for our readers. This is a slow, manual process. So please bear with us.

If you know of any free services in your area, you can help others by emailing us the information at info@parentingforbrain.com.

Let us know if you are a mental health professional or parenting coach providing free services for those who need them. Please state what service(s) is free. If your service qualifies, we will add it to the list.
